Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our class package through any ways operated by Starkid.

We offer a money-back guarantee for all credits left in customer's account. If you are not satisfied with the classes that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back with legitimate reasons. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 9 months of your purchase.

After the 9-month period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us via  admin@starkid.com.hk .
